“No matter who you are, I'll find something I like about you. We're all in this together, friends.”

What I do at Willow...

I turn direction and needs from our clients into something visual that functions.

The thing I would do for free...

Help the poor, or paint and draw.

The biggest misconception about my job...

That everything I do is “artsy.” Design is as much about functionality as aesthetics. So you kind of have to take things apart in your mind sometimes to create them.

Most valuable lesson I’ve learned…

Real change is gradual and a compilation of small steps.

How I try to make the world better...

I’ve traveled on two mission trips to Myanmar in Southeast Asia with a group called Going Global Inc. I got sick on my first trip so was afraid to go again, which is exactly why I went again. I don’t want fear to prevent me from doing things that would help others. Experiencing all of the things I did on the opposite side of the world, made me realize how much bigger God is than the box I limit Him to. Closer to home, I help prepare and serve food in Muncie for a community outreach ministry called Blood N Fire.

My happy place is...

Somewhere out of town with my favorite people, involving shopping, flowers, Mexican food, coffee, dancing, and some beer (not necessarily in that order).
