Ever since their founding in 2003, Morales Group has had an unwavering focus on their ultimate purpose: building better futures one story at a time. They are committed to integrating their core values and mission into every decision they make, no matter how large or small it may be. And, as a team, they have placed over 50,000 associates in positions throughout the Midwest. Morales has around 2,983 current external employees, representing 37 countries and speaking 14 languages.
Morales has deep-rooted values you can recognize the minute you walk into their office: “Be Humble, Be Courageous, Be a Light.” However, their website did not reflect these values, which are an essential part of who they are. It was very difficult to get the sense of who they are and what they’re all about online, which, they felt, impeded their efforts to reach and help more people. Morales wanted to take strides to translate their in-person brand experience to online. With two different audiences (associates and clients), their challenge was finding the best way to cater to the needs of anyone and everyone who could come in contact with their website.
Willow helped Morales conduct research among their clients, associates, and community-based groups in the Indianapolis area. Through in-depth interviews and surveys, Willow discovered the website needed to be more responsive to the needs of their associates and clients and better articulate their strong values to those who had never stepped foot in their office. Through interviews with their associates, Willow also found the need to provide more tools and resources, which Morales has since incorporated on their new site.
The result is a sharp, user-friendly website that provides associates and clients with useful resources and simplifies the necessary steps to engage with Morales. Since the website launch, Morales has seen a 25% monthly increase in site visitors and a 105% increase in visits in comparison with site visits for the same period in 2017.
