Brehob Corporation is a recognized industry leader in the manufacture and distribution of Electric Motors, Air Compressors and Crane & Hoists. They are approaching their third generation of leadership and several years of working with Willow for their marketing needs.
Brehob’s business is steadily evolving, and one of our main jobs is to aid them in progressing strategically and successfully. With a maturing workforce, our marketing efforts need to be adaptable to these changes. As a result, we are undertaking an in-depth branding process designed to explore how Brehob’s customers see them, what communication and marketing materials can improve their sales process, and how we can manage their website and shop to reflect this adaptive direction.
Part of the branding process involves learning what Brehob’s customers think of them and the service they provide. Currently, we are in the process of surveying nearly 1000 of Brehob’s customers to figure out just that. By surveying their customers, Brehob can identify a few things, including how their customers view them, how customers believe they can improve, and the best means of communication to provide superior service.
After analyzing the data, we will work with Brehob to establish a baseline plan on how to speak to their customers. After which, we will develop plug and play materials for their sales force to use in their daily interactions with customers. Next is Brehob’s website and shop. These are critical sales tools that will be updated based on our survey findings and will be optimized to ensure best SEO practices.
